ROOFER'S EYE™ is an AI-powered roof measurement and estimation platform operated by His Super Affiliates, a division of In His Hands Ministries International ("we," "us," or "our"). Our platform is deployed and maintained under the Reputable Roofing brand for professional roofing contractors and homeowners.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly and information generated automatically when you use our platform:

• Property Address: Entered voluntarily to generate satellite-based roof measurements. Addresses are passed to Google APIs for measurement only and are not stored permanently.
• Contact Information: Name, email address, and phone number when you request a PDF quote or create a Pro account.
• Payment Information: Billing details processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We never see or store your full credit card number.
• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, estimate parameters entered, and time spent on the platform (collected via standard analytics).
• Device Information: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and referring URLs.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To generate accurate roof measurements and cost estimates
• To produce and deliver PDF quote documents you request
• To process Pro plan subscriptions and payments via Stripe
• To improve the accuracy of our AI estimation models
• To send transactional emails (quote confirmations, account updates)
• To respond to customer support inquiries
• To comply with legal obligations

4. Third-Party Services

ROOFER'S EYE™ integrates with the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Google Maps & Solar API — Used for address geocoding and satellite roof measurement. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Anthropic Claude AI — Used to generate roofing analysis and recommendations. Prompts may include property type and location (no personal names). Governed by Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
• Stripe, Inc. — Payment processing for Pro and Agency subscriptions. Governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare — Platform hosting and CDN. Governed by Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Remember your estimate settings during a session
• Analyze traffic and usage patterns (analytics)
• Maintain login sessions for Pro accounts

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Some features (like saved quotes) may not function without cookies.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide our services:

• Anonymous estimates (no account): Session data only, not retained after browser close
• PDF quote data: Retained 90 days, then purged
• Pro account data: Retained for duration of subscription + 12 months after cancellation
• Payment records: Retained 7 years per financial regulations

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time
